When and where is SFF held? How do I get there?

SFF 2026 will be held from 18 – 20 November 2026 at:

Singapore EXPO, 1 Expo Dr, Singapore 486041
Halls 1 – 6 & Foyer 1 Level 2

What time will I be able to access the SFF Halls?

How do we register?

How much does each pass type cost?

Individual Passes

Executive Pass: SGD 5,000
Delegate Pass: SGD 750*
Startup Pass: SGD 550*
Government Pass: Complimentary
Academic Pass: Complimentary
Student Pass: Complimentary

Are there any privileges with the SFF Pass?

Your SFF pass unlocks discounts and offers with participating F&B and retail partners. The full list of perks for SFF 2026 will be shared closer to the event.

Where can I collect my badge?

The dates and locations for badge collection will be shared closer to the event.

What do I need to collect my badge?

A confirmation email containing your QR code and confirmation ID will be sent to you closer to the event date.

I ave lost/forgot to bring my confirmation email. How do I collect my badge?

Approach the registration help desk at any of the badge collection points and inform the registration personnel that you do not have your confirmation email. Provide them your name and email address used to register, and they will assist you.

Is re-admission allowed on days of the exhibition?

Re-admission is allowed for all registered visitors who have collected their SFF pass, across all days (18 – 20 November) of the exhibition. Just keep your pass till the last day and drop them off at the recycling bins.

Are passes transferable? Can passes be replaced?

Passes are non-transferable and have to be worn at all times.
There is a non-refundable SGD 25 (subject to 9% GST) fee to replace badges and/or badge holders.

Note: If you wish to substitute a participant, please inform the organisers at registration@sgfintechfest.co at least 2 weeks before the event commences. Substitution requests for paid passes are subject to the organisers’ approval. No refunds shall be made for cancellations and/or non-attendance.

How do I apply to exhibit or sponsor SFF 2026?

Are there any Luggage Storage facilities?

Yes, storage is available at the Festival’s two registration areas — the Apex Gallery and Hall 6. Kindly note that complimentary storage is only for Speakers and Executive Pass holders.

For other attendees, storage is available at SGD 10 per piece, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Storage hours are from 7:30AM to 6:00PM daily. Please collect your luggage by 6:15PM.

Are there hydration points at the event?

There are over 30 hydration points located around the venue – beside the Info Kiosks between halls, and at all lounges and stages. You are encouraged to bring your own water bottle.

Will security checks be conducted at the event?

Yes. Random bag checks will be conducted by our Security Officers. Visitors are advised to travel light to expedite security checks.

Are there any items which are not allowed to be brought into the event?

Firearms, explosives, drones, personal mobility devices, large chains, sharp items, and more.

Note: The organiser will have the final say on items not listed above. The decision is final and absolute. All participants are advised to bring along personal identification as security checks may be carried out at the Organisers’ discretion.

Is there an age restriction to participating in the event?

SFF is open to registered trade visitors and professionals who are 16 years old and above.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for SFF is business or smart casual. You may be doing plenty of walking in and around the halls, so come in your comfortable walking shoes.

Which pass types have access to the F&B Zones?

The F&B Zones are accessible to the following pass types:
• Executive Pass
• Speaker Pass
• Delegate Pass
• Government Pass
• Startup Pass
• Academic Pass
• Media Pass

What type of food is being served at the F&B Zones?

Locations of the zones will be shared closer to the Festival.

All zones will serve a standard menu and a vegan/vegetarian menu. There will be halal-certified options.

Can I collect food from F&B Zone on behalf of my colleagues?

No, as we would like to ensure there is enough food for all delegates, food collection will be reflected when your badge is scanned regardless of which zone you have collected from.

Are there other F&B options?

There are also a variety of paid F&B options in the EXPO and around its vicinity. A list of options will be shared closer to the Festival

Is there a place for exhibitors to sit and have our lunch?

There isn’t a dedicated exhibitor lounge at the moment. You’re welcome to enjoy your meals at any of the nearby F&B outlets within the venue.

Is there an event app?

Yes, there will be an Official Event App. More details will be shared closer to the event.

If I want to set a meeting or reach out to an attendee, is there a way to do it?

The Official Event app will include an in-app chat function, which will allow you to connect directly with other attendees and continue networking throughout the event.

How do I find the booth number or exact location of an exhibitor or company participating?

You can use the Official Event App to search for exhibitors and their booth locations, or attendees participating in the Festival.
